Vocational Spotlight: Wayne E. Gullatt

Wayne Gullatt is the founder and president of Benefit Analysts, Inc. He graduated Mercer University in 1972 with a degree in mathematics. He has built a practice over many years by working with all size groups helping business owners and professionals design employee benefit programs that enable them to recruit and retain qualified employees.

Benefit Analysts’ goal is to help business owners and professionals with their employee benefits and personal insurance. This includes medical, dental, life, disability, long term care, and vision. We have been particularly helpful in educating our “seniors” in assisting them as they make critical decisions concerning continuing their group medical coverage or switching to Medicare, the type of Medicare supplement that best suits their particular situations and the carrier that is right for them.

As a member of the Benefits Partners Group of National Financial Partners (NFP), Wayne and his staff have enjoyed the privilege of utilizing the wealth of resources available to assist in providing high level support to your HR department in areas of compliance with items such as ERISA and Cobra.

Wayne and his wife, Carolese, have two daughters and three grandchildren. They are active members of First Presbyterian Church, Macon, GA.
